This policy explains what information E.A.R.S. Sun Gear (“we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to fulfill your order or respond to your message.

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message, so we can reply to you.
  • Orders: checkout is handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure page — we never see or store your card details. Stripe collects your email and shipping address and shares them with us so we can fulfill and ship your order.
  • Custom logo artwork: if you upload artwork for a custom order, the file is stored securely and used only to print your order.

How we use your information

  • To fulfill, ship, and provide order confirmations for your purchase
  • To respond to questions submitted through the contact form
  • To send you a digital proof for approval if you ordered a custom logo

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the store, each of which only receives what it needs to do its job:

  • Stripe — payment processing and checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Google Cloud Storage — secure storage for uploaded logo artwork.
  • Email delivery — to send order confirmations and reply to contact form messages.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Your shopping cart lives only in your browser's memory for the current visit — it's cleared automatically if you refresh or close the page.

Data retention

We keep order records and uploaded logo artwork on file so we can handle reprints, customer service, and any tax or accounting requirements. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time — just email us at connect@earsungear.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
