Standards we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is the standard most commonly referenced by accessibility law and best practice.

What we've done

• A “skip to main content” link at the top of every page lets keyboard users jump straight past the navigation.
• Menus, forms, and the shopping cart can be operated entirely from a keyboard, with visible focus states so you can always see where you are.
• When the cart panel is open, the rest of the page is hidden from screen readers and keyboard navigation so you can't accidentally tab into content behind it.
• Images carry descriptive alt text, and text is checked against its background for sufficient color contrast.
• Interactive elements have clear, accessible names, and links that open in a new tab are announced as such.
• The site is built with semantic HTML (headings, landmarks, lists, buttons) so assistive technology can understand and navigate the page structure.

Known limitations

No website is perfect, and we're aware that some third-party embeds (such as Stripe's checkout page) are outside of our direct control, though Stripe maintains its own accessibility standards. If you run into anything on our own pages that doesn't work well with your assistive technology, please let us know using the details below and we'll fix it.
